RETURN POLICY

HOW TO - READ BEFORE CONTACTING US

Uniform items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, only if they have not been worn or washed. Discontinued items cannot be returned. Once your return has been received and processed, the returned dollar amount will be entered back into your allowance so that you can place a new order. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation.

Please include this form (click here) with returns. Return freight is the responsibility of the sender. A call tag will not be issued.

If you follow the instructions above, you do not need to contact us via this form.


LOGIN ISSUES

THINGS TO TRY BEFORE CONTACTING US

  • Please make sure that you are signed into your personal Extra Space SSO account (example: 350123456789@extraspace.com or myname@extraspace.com) and not a facility account.
  • Log out and back into your Extra Space sso account and make a second attempt to access the store.
  • Reset your SSO password.
  • If you are a new employee, it may take a couple days to get added to our system. Try back in a few days.
  • Contact Extra Space support.
  • Bypass Extra Space single sign-on.
    • To access the store directly without using single sign-on, go to the Lost Password page and follow the steps to create your own password.
  • If you still can't access the store, please contact us by using the form below.
